Ross Held

Ross Held currently serves as an Assistant Merchandiser for the Core Garden area at Homebase, where responsibilities include managing stock levels for over 150 stores and developing forecasts and intake plans for a product range anticipated to generate £46 million in sales this year. Previously, Ross worked at Argos, progressing through various roles including Assistant Merchandiser for Kids Beds & Kids Furniture, where sales consistently rose 18% year-over-year despite supply chain challenges during COVID-19. Ross has demonstrated a strong ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders while maintaining high availability levels for products. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Coventry University and completed a Programming Essentials in Python course at the Cisco Networking Academy.
