Stephen Schwarzer

Stephen Schwarzer began their work experience in 2001 at Schwarzer Enterprise Inc as a Construction Laborer until 2009. Stephen then transitioned to JE HURLEY Construction in 2011 as a Project Manager before moving to Midtown Homes in 2012, where they served as Superintendent and Estimator/warranty. In 2014, Stephen joined Toll Brothers as an Assistant Project Manager and later became a Project Manager until 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Construction Project Manager at Homebound and is set to become the Director of Construction Operations in 2023.

Stephen Schwarzer attended Colorado State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management.
