Bob Warren

Bob Warren, CCIM, is a Principal at HomeCorp, having joined the company in February 2025 after retiring from Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LLC, where they served as Senior Vice President and Head of FHA Underwriting from 2016 to 2025. With over 29 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, they closed more than $29 billion in various loan types since 1995 and significantly contributed to the financing of notable projects, including the historic Coop City transaction. A respected industry thought leader, Bob has authored articles and spoken at conferences, while also holding leadership roles in organizations like the Southeast Mortgage Advisory Council and the Mortgage Bankers Association. They are active in advocacy as the Treasurer of the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association of Georgia and reside in Johns Creek, GA, with their family.
