As a non-profit corporation owned by the City of Edmonton, we are committed to growing the supply of affordable housing in the City, building safe welcoming communities, and demonstrating leadership in environmental, social & governance (ESG) practices. 

With nearly a quarter billion dollars of assets under ownership and management, and a plan to expand, we are reimagining affordable housing in Edmonton.
