The Leadership Team at HomeFirst is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the effective operation of the organization. This includes overseeing development and fundraising efforts, managing program delivery and effectiveness, optimizing operational processes, crafting and communicating the organization’s message, and maintaining financial health.
