Jared Bateman

Jared Bateman joined Home Leasing in 2018. He serves as a Director of Construction Operations for all Home Leasing Construction projects in Western New York. His responsibilities include oversight and support of projects from kick-off to close-out while ensuring safety, quality control, scheduling, budget control, and customer satisfaction. He began his career in the construction field in 2001 and has worked hard to establish a reputation within the industry as a committed, trusted, and capable professional.

Before joining the Home Leasing Construction team, Jared was a Project Manager for a large general contractor where his role required the oversight of many interesting project of varying size and complexity. Prior to his Project Manager position of eleven years, he served as a Project Laborer where he learned the ropes of field work. He was then promoted to Project Superintendent where he successfully led many projects for some of the area's most well-known clients. Through his vast knowledge and experience, he helps ensure that Home Leasing's project team's success and that their customers are satisfied.

Jared is a graduate of Alfred State College with an Associate Degree in Building Trades Construction Management. He is a member of the Future Construction Leaders of New York and the Association of General Contractors.
