We are a Real Estate Brokerage and Mortgage Loan Originator. We connect people that need real estate loans with wholesale sources that make loans. We do purchase and refinance for homes and residential investment property of up to 4 units in California only.  We also have access to wholesale funding sources for commercial property and investment property throughout the US. We work with a wide variety of lenders most of which our clients have never heard of. Our wholesale pricing is usually better than larger, more well-known sources. We quarterback the process by finding the right program, shopping for pricing, building the loan application, collecting and organizing our clients' supporting documents and coordinating between parties to fund and close the deal. We often need to argue and advocate for our clients, we love to answer questions and, we aim to educate along the way.  If the loan ‘closes’, we get paid a predetermined compensation amount.  Most of our clients have worked with us multiple times over the years. We're closed several thousand loans, and our average client has completed 3 transactions with us.
