HomeLord is the #1 platform for helping homebuyers house hack using the proven HomeLord System.

We guide buyers through the entire process of finding, buying, and managing income-generating properties—so they can cut their mortgage, build long-term wealth, and become confident first-time landlords.

Founded by Joel Jones and Justin Midgley, licensed Utah real estate agents and investors, we’ve helped clients close millions in house hack deals and managed over 500 rental properties—including basement apartments, single-family homes, and multi-family units.

Whether you’re buying your first home or expanding your portfolio, the HomeLord System takes the guesswork out of house hacking. We specialize in:

Property Search & Acquisition
We help you find legal house hacks with existing or potential Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)—from basement apartments to backyard casitas to multifamily properties.

Mortgage Reduction Planning
Learn how to structure deals that reduce your monthly payment by $1,500–$2,000+ using rental income from ADUs or secondary units.

First-Time Landlord Coaching
Our landlord course and coaching teach you how to confidently self-manage tenants through every phase—pre-lease, active lease, and post-lease—saving you time, money, and stress.

Podcasts, Courses & Free Classes
We host the HomeLord Podcast, free live workshops, and step-by-step content that gives you real numbers, real strategy, and zero fluff.

✅ Based in Utah, we work with buyers across the state and have partner agents in other markets ready to help.
