Rhick Sample has extensive experience in customer support and account management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support at HomeQ since September 2019, following roles as a Customer Support Team Leader and Customer Support Representative. Prior to HomeQ, Rhick held the position of Account Manager at NetJobs Group AB (publ) for six months. Additionally, Rhick worked at Apollo Travel Group from 2016 to 2019 as a Service & Service Consultant, and at Fyndiq from 2012 to 2016 in Customer Relations. Rhick began a career in customer service at GoExcellent from 2009 to 2012 as a Customer Service Representative in the SL Center.
