Lance Calhoun

Lance Calhoun has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position is as the Director of Institutional Operations at HomeRiver Group, which they started in May 2022. Prior to that, Lance worked as the Director of Property Management at Brick Lane PM from April 2019 to May 2022. Lance also served as the Director of Property Management at Tricon American Homes from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they held the role of Director of Operations at Southwood Realty Co. from 2012 to 2015, where they managed a large portfolio of apartment homes. Lance also has experience as a Regional Manager at Sherman Residential Inc. from 2009 to 2013 and as a Regional Manager and Managing Partner at Monument Management Services Inc from 2004 to 2009.

Lance Calhoun's education history begins with their certification as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association (NAA) in January 2011.
