Ryan Whitehead, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse background in human resources. Ryan currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at HomeRiver Group, a residential property management company. Ryan began their HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at ResidentCheck, where they offered comprehensive resident screening for the multifamily real estate market. Ryan then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Reachout Home Care, now SeniorBridge services, a division of Humana At Home. At Reachout Home Care, Ryan played a vital role in helping individuals facing medical and functional challenges remain at home and lead healthier lives.

Ryan Whitehead, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of human resources. Ryan obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2017. Ryan also completed certifications in Administrative Human Resources, Strategic Human Resources, and Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy from LinkedIn in January 2019 and November 2020, respectively. These additional certifications demonstrate Ryan's commitment to professional development and staying current in the field of human resources.
