Ryan Whitehead

Ryan Whitehead, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse background in human resources. Ryan currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at HomeRiver Group, a residential property management company. In this role, Ryan is dedicated to serving both owners and tenants, while upholding a culture of integrity and exceptional performance.

Prior to their current position, Ryan worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at OneSource Virtual, where they were instrumental in helping customers meet their HR and finance needs through innovative solutions within the Workday platform.

Ryan also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Informa Exhibitions, a global leader in trade and consumer exhibitions across various industries. Ryan facilitated face-to-face and digital interactions to enhance business opportunities for participants.

Before their time at Informa Exhibitions, Ryan gained valuable experience at Hudson Advisors, L.P., a globally integrated asset management company. Ryan performed due diligence, asset management, and other support services for Lone Star Funds. During this time, Ryan held roles as both a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Analyst.

Prior to their work at Hudson Advisors, Ryan served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Select Specialty Hospital, a subsidiary of Select Medical. In this role, they provided specialized care to high-acuity patients who required extensive recovery time.

Ryan began their HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at ResidentCheck, where they offered comprehensive resident screening for the multifamily real estate market. Ryan then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Reachout Home Care, now SeniorBridge services, a division of Humana At Home. At Reachout Home Care, Ryan played a vital role in helping individuals facing medical and functional challenges remain at home and lead healthier lives.

Ryan Whitehead, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of human resources. Ryan obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2017. Ryan also completed certifications in Administrative Human Resources, Strategic Human Resources, and Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy from LinkedIn in January 2019 and November 2020, respectively. These additional certifications demonstrate Ryan's commitment to professional development and staying current in the field of human resources.
