Our homes can be delivered within a six-month programme, installed with minimal groundworks, and relocated or removed if future land requirements change.

Alongside housing delivery, we operate a structured, supervised employment model, providing paid work and skills development opportunities for NEET participants and individuals on approved day release. This approach supports rehabilitation, employability, and long-term outcomes while contributing directly to project delivery and site stewardship.

Homes Within Reach was formed through a formal partnership between Bloxi, a specialist construction and shipping-container conversion business, and Make Time Count, a social enterprise working across the criminal justice sector to reduce reoffending through employment, skills, and innovation.
