Jay Patel

Jay Patel is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning several roles in real estate, consultancy, and public service. Currently a Realtor at HomeSmart Realty since January 2017, Jay also serves as President of Jayson, Inc. and Business Consultant for JAY PATEL CONSULTANCY LIMITED, both of which have been active since September 2010. Notably, Jay held the position of Vice Chair on the Memorial Hospital Commission for the Colorado Springs City Council from January 2010 to February 2011, where responsibilities included leading finance and operations research. Previous roles include Vice President of Development at The Independent and President at Jayson Inc. Jay's career began at Deloitte & Company, where responsibilities included auditing and management consulting from 1976 to 1983. Jay holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Indiana State University and completed an Executive Management & Leadership program at the Center for Creative Learning in 2004.
