Jayme Devary

Jayme DeVary has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jayme currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at HomeSmart since 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Desert Mountain Club from 2010 to 2016, overseeing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for approximately 300 seasonal employees. Additionally, they managed the H2B visa recruiting, hiring, and housing program. Jayme also worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Matrix Medical Network in 2009 and held the role of Director of Search and Fulfillment at Solutions for Hiring from 2007 to 2009. Jayme has experience in the hospitality industry as well, having served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Westin Kierland Resort and Spa from 2004 to 2007 and at Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa from 2002 to 2004. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Director of HR at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale from 1995 to 2000.
