Nick Hight has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, beginning with a role as Banquet Supervisor at Marriott International in 2008. Following this, Nick served as Director of Operations at Raising Cane's from 2006 to 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of Ohio restaurant operations, managing hiring and recruiting processes, as well as IT solutions and facility maintenance. Nick further advanced to the position of General Manager at Dog & Duck Family Pub from 2015 to 2020 and currently holds the role of General Manager at HOMEstretch since August 2021.
