Nick Murphy is a seasoned loan officer with extensive experience in purchases and refinancing across a variety of loan products and programs. They began their career as a Mortgage Professional at Nationstar Mortgage from 2016 to 2017, later advancing to roles at ClearPath Lending and Sprout Mortgage, where they served as Senior Loan Officer and Mortgage Loan Officer, respectively, until 2022. In 2018, Nick worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Recovco Mortgage Management, LLC, before transitioning to Hometap as an Investment Manager in 2025. Additionally, they briefly held a position as a Negotiator at Beyond Finance in 2023 and will serve as a Mortgage Loan Officer at theLender from 2023 to 2024. Nick completed education at Marina High School from 2009 to 2011.
