Alli Varnes is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in SaaS-based startups and leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Product Management at Hometime, Alli previously held positions such as Senior Product Manager at Homesnap, where significant achievements included the creation and launch of a third-party integration template adopted by major MLS vendors. Alli's experience spans multiple roles including Expert in Residence at the University of New England, consultant at Komosion, and co-founder of JobGetter, which developed a prominent job board in Australia. Alli has also contributed as a business mentor for initiatives like Slingshot Accelerator and the Founder Institute, and served on advisory boards for organizations such as Shop A Docket and CEBIT Australia.
