John Simms

John is a successful entrepreneur who has built and managed several thriving businesses over the past 40 years. His fundraising CRM and compliance software company is dominant in several niche markets and has processed over $5.5 billion and 25 million transactions.

He studied the logistics issues with eCommerce home delivery for over twenty years. John’s first patent on “the last few feet of last mile” delivery issued in 2005. Eight more are pending.

John was a strategic investor and member of the Board of Directors of Audience Partners, an online ad placement firm with patented television set-top box targeting capability which sold in 2017 to Atlice (Netherlands).

John has a BA from Yale University and a JD from Emory College of Law. At Yale, he was Speaker of the Yale Political Union and sang a cappella with the Society of Orpheus and Bacchus and the Whiffenpoofs, the second oldest and oldest college singing groups.
