Darrel Overgaard is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience in drilling management, operations oversight, and business leadership. Currently serving as Sr Drilling Advisor and Project Manager at Archaea Energy, Darrel has successfully managed significant drilling projects with a focus on safety and data acquisition. As Franchise Co-Owner and CFO at Homewatch CareGivers, Darrel is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable care services. Additionally, as Owner and President of Overgaard Services Inc., the emphasis is on Contract Well Engineering and Operations Management. Previous roles include Head Operations - Drilling at Cairn Oil and Gas, Vice President of Well Construction at Ossidiana Energy, and leadership positions at Chesapeake Energy, Shell, and Unocal. Darrel holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Technological University and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
