Homeworx provides modular homes throughout NL that are manufactured at its own facility in St. John's, NL and through partner facilities in NB. From large-scale multi-unit projects to new single-family dwellings, cabins, or retirement homes, Homeworx provides both full turnkey home packages or will ship FOB depending on the desired scope of work, type of project and location.

Homeworx is also experienced in land development, having created eight-lot cul-de-sac Rhaye Place in St. John's, The Grove at Rhodies Pond, a current 21-lot development in Placentia Junction one hour from St. John's, and prepared countless individual lots for residential customers over the years.

Aside from new homes, Homeworx is a certified RenoMark residential and commercial renovator, enabling it to display the Renovators Mark of Excellence and ensuring the team of Project Managers, Engineers, Tradespeople and Real Estate personnel abide by a professional renovation-specific Code of Conduct.

Homeworx has completed interior transformations, basement developments, exterior updates, full restorations of heritage properties, home additions and structural issue repairs, as well as commercial property maintenance, new tenant fit-up work and extensive conversions from industrial to retail space. 

Homeworx is registered with Atlantic Home Warranty and the Better Business Bureau and is a member of the Canadian Home Builders Association of NL (CHBA-NL),  Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association (NLCA) and the Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs (NLOWE).
