Jonathan Day is an accomplished REALTOR® at Homie, with over $35 million in real estate transactions completed in the challenging Utah market from August 2020 to the present. As a Managing Partner at LULI since September 2009, Jonathan specializes in real estate investment management, focusing on income-producing assets across the Intermountain West, Pacific Northwest, and Southwest regions. Prior to these roles, Jonathan worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker Associate at Cushman & Wakefield and served in various leadership positions at Kneaders Bakery and Cafe, including Regional Director and Operating Partner, where significant expansion was achieved in Colorado. Additional experience includes serving as a Partner at Granite Insurance Agency and a Sales Representative at Vivint Smart Home.
