Sayed Shaaban started their work experience in 2018 as a TeleSales Agent for Wild Limits, where they contacted potential customers and closed sales. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for CIB Egypt, where they efficiently addressed customer needs and concerns, controlled telephone calls, and liaised with other departments. In 2021, they became a Showroom Sales Specialist for Homzmart. Currently, in 2023, they work as a Customer Service Officer for the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).
Sayed Shaaban pursued their education from 2013 to 2018 at Ain Shams University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management, with a general focus. In January 2017, they also obtained a certification in Accounting Principles from the School Of Business & Accounting - CMA Provider.
