Lokesh Chhaparwal

Lokesh Chhaparwal is the Senior Vice President and Head of Technology at Honasa Consumer Ltd. (Mamaearth), where they are currently leading initiatives in engineering. Previously, they held various engineering roles at Snapdeal, including Director of Engineering and AVP, Head of Engineering, overseeing teams across multiple domains. Lokesh has a solid background in building distributed systems, managing performance marketing campaigns, and implementing data processing pipelines using Hadoop MR and Spark. They began their career as a Software Engineer at Snapdeal after completing their education at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, graduating in 2011.
