James Webb has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Sr. District Parts & Service Manager at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. since July 2011. In this role, James has successfully implemented various programs aimed at enhancing customer service experience and dealer performance, including the EXCELL initiative and Express Service initiatives. Previous positions include District Parts & Service Manager, where James focused on improving customer satisfaction and achieving sales growth targets, and Zone 10 Recall Specialist, responsible for enhancing dealership outreach for recall completion among Honda/Acura alpha owners.
