Mathieu Geslin

Mathieu Geslin is a Ph.D.-trained engineering and design innovation leader with over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Visualization Department Manager at American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Mathieu leads strategic planning, operations, and team development, while driving XR/VR adoption and partnerships with industry leaders. Previously, Mathieu held positions at Honda R&D Americas, where they directed a 50+ person team and initiated significant improvements in workflow efficiency and employee engagement. Mathieu completed a master's degree in Engineering at Centrale Lille and earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
