Matt Howells

Matt Howells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and marketing within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Regional Corporate Affairs Department Manager at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. since April 2016, Howells oversees a team focused on community and government relations across Honda's U.S. operations. Previous roles include leading national marketing partnerships for both Honda and Acura as Unit Manager, and executing high-profile marketing initiatives for Acura as Assistant Manager. Howells also has a background in corporate affairs and legislative relations, with experience as a Corporate Affairs Assistant Manager and Coordinator, as well as serving in the Ohio Senate as Policy Director and Senior Legislative Aide. A graduate of Ohio University, Howells holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
