Ron Bauer

Ron Bauer, Ph.D., has over two decades of experience in business analysis and project management, primarily within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Team Lead/Project Manager at American Honda Motor Company, Inc., since July 2006, Ron manages enhancements and production support for the APEX allocation system and has held various roles including Team Lead/Senior Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst for dealer applications. Previously, Ron contributed to Toyota Motor Sales as a Business Analyst and to American Honda Motor Company in several capacities focused on compliance and process documentation for Sarbanes-Oxley. With a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Language from UCLA and experience in technical writing and information design from previous roles at Bergen Brunswig Drug Company and SPX Corporation, Ron combines analytical expertise with a strong foundation in communication and documentation.
