Ryan Elder

Ryan Elder is the Director of Aviation at HONDO. Ryan was previously the Operations Supervisor at VT-San Antonio/Hondo Aerospace from January 2014 to October 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an F/A-18(A-F) Plane Captain at URS Corporation, An AECOM Company from January 2011 to September 2014. Ryan began their career in aviation as an Aviation Structural Mechanic in the US Navy from January 2002 to December 2011.

Their manager is Scott L. Albert, City Manager. They work with Stephen Winters - Waste Water Superintendent, Adam Zapata - Street Superintendent, and Alfred Resendez - Facilities Supervisor.
