Marcel Kutter

Marcel Kutter is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Leiter Human Resources and member of the Geschäftsleitung at Honegger AG since November 2023. Prior to this, Marcel held the position of Leiter Human Resources at Visana Services AG from February 2013 to September 2023. Marcel has also contributed as a member of the Stiftungsrat for Personalvorsorgestiftung Visana from 2014 to July 2023. Earlier roles include Stv. Amtsleiter at the Amt für Sozialversicherungen des Kantons Bern, where responsibilities encompassed strategic and operational planning, financial and operational accounting, as well as mentoring for emerging talent. Marcel's career also includes significant positions at the Bundesamt für Migration and the Generalstab of the Eidgenössisches Departement. Educational achievements include an Executive Master of Business Administration from Berner Fachhochschule and a Diplom in Personalmanagement from Höhere Fachschule für Wirtschaft Bern.
