Fred Hebert is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in site reliability engineering, software development, and system architecture. As a Staff SRE at Honeycomb.io since January 2021, Fred established the SRE charter and directed the team towards sociotechnical and resilience-focused strategies, enhancing incident response practices through various initiatives. Previous roles include Staff Software Engineer at Postmates Inc., where Fred designed and implemented sensitive information storage systems, and System Architect at Genetec, where Fred led architecture for an IoT data ingestion platform.
