Previously, Pace held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Icon Source, where expertise in affinity marketing was developed. A former Reserve Officer and instructor pilot in the US Air Force Reserve, with a tenure from December 2019 to October 2022, Pace brings extensive military experience, having served in various capacities within the United States Air Force and managing significant budgets and operations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University.
