Pace Stead

Pace Stead is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in leadership and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as CEO and cofounder of HoneyDo LLC since March 2023, Pace is also a partner at Affordable Pools and a project consultant for Forrest Street Partners. Previously, Pace held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Icon Source, where expertise in affinity marketing was developed. A former Reserve Officer and instructor pilot in the US Air Force Reserve, with a tenure from December 2019 to October 2022, Pace brings extensive military experience, having served in various capacities within the United States Air Force and managing significant budgets and operations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University.
