Honey’s Mini Therapy Adventures is a nationally recognized nonprofit and one of the largest portable equine therapy programs in the U.S., dedicated to bringing healing, comfort, and connection through the power of miniature horses.

Founded in 2018 by Mary Rose Gullet, a social worker whose own healing journey was shaped by the human-horse bond, Honey’s has grown from a small local effort into a respected organization touching thousands of lives across Central and West Florida. What began with one tiny horse named Honey has blossomed into a 15-horse program, a dedicated staff, and a growing team making over 500 therapeutic visits annually to hospitals, behavioral health centers, nursing homes, schools, pediatric care facilities, and community events.

We proudly partner with top healthcare systems like AdventHealth, Tampa General Hospital, UF Health, and Lakeland Regional Health, bringing joy and relief to oncology patients, dementia residents, children facing life challenges, and healthcare workers under stress — offering moments of emotional connection that words often cannot provide.
