Andy Vanacker is an experienced executive in service delivery management, Learning and Development, BPO, and training business management with over 25 years in the field. They previously held positions such as Manager of Systems Engineering and Communications at SGS, Training Delivery Manager at Sun Microsystems, and Learning Services Global Delivery Management Lead at Accenture. Currently, Andy serves as the HBS EMEAI Training Leader at Honeywell, where they are building a robust European training organization and have implemented a global platform that has resulted in significant cost savings. Andy earned a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences from Universiteit Antwerpen.
