Celeste Winer is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in human resources, coaching, and business enablement. They have held various roles, including Human Resources Director at Honeywell and Director of People and Culture at The Forge Companies, focusing on organizational change, DE&I initiatives, and supporting executive leadership teams. Celeste’s previous experience includes positions at Trane Technologies and Ingersoll Rand, where they led HR services and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance management. They earned a B.A. in Professional Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota and a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management.
