Greg McDavid serves as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at Honeywell Aerospace, overseeing a substantial $1.8 billion annual spend across 1,000 suppliers and managing a team of 40 professionals. With a proven track record of exceeding productivity results and successfully developing category strategies, Greg has led numerous initiatives, including a global contracts reduction project and a supplier recovery mission during the Covid pandemic. Prior to this role, Greg held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Aerospace Strategic Sourcing and Vice President of Procurement for Honeywell Corporation, where exceptional savings and organizational efficiencies were achieved. Greg's career also includes significant experience at Intel Corporation as a Global Sourcing Manager, where strategic sourcing plans were developed and innovative eAuction processes were introduced.
