KH Har is currently the HBA Country Director for Malaysia at Honeywell, where they manage an extensive portfolio that includes fire, security, building automation, and field devices businesses. Prior to this role, Har served as the Industrial Sales Leader for Honeywell Security & Fire in the ASEAN region from 2015 to 2019 and worked as an Engineering Manager at UIES System Sdn Bhd from 2002 to 2007. Their career began at Siemens, where they held the position of Project Engineer cum District Automation Specialist from 1999 to 2002. Har has demonstrated expertise in project management, sales support, and system design throughout their various roles.
