Jan Rysner

Jan Rysner is an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc, where they lead the New Product Introduction Engineering team. Since joining Honeywell in 2023, Jan has taken on responsibilities that include core strategy management and supply chain mitigation amidst recent challenges. Previously, from 2016 to 2020, Jan served as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, successfully growing a team of 30 engineers and insourcing higher assembled modules. Jan holds an Ing. degree in Security Technologies, Systems and Management from Tomas Bata University in Zlín.
