Julia Dailey is currently a Site Capital Leader at Honeywell, overseeing capital projects across three manufacturing sites. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity University, Julia has accumulated diverse engineering experience, including roles as a Continuous Improvement Lead and Engineer at Cargill and as a Project Manager at AGEISS Inc. They have demonstrated strong project management skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to adapt to new challenges throughout their career.
