Michael Rafko

Michael Rafko is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and business growth across various industries. Notably, during tenure at Honeywell from 2014 to 2018, Michael held positions including General Manager of the Aero Division, overseeing significant revenue growth and profitability transformations. As Founder and CEO of VitaTouch, Michael secured multiple patents and raised capital through angel and Series A funding. Additional leadership roles include experiences at Gartner as a Business Unit Managing Director and at Kaiser Associates as VP, where strategic initiatives drove substantial growth. Michael also contributed to emerging markets in electric vehicles at TE Connectivity and most recently focused on reducing space access costs at Blue Origin. Currently serving as Senior Director of Commercial Excellence at Honeywell, Michael holds an MBA from Duke University and a BSME from the University of Toledo.
