Rob Plesich

Rob Plesich is the Director of Health, Safety, Environment, and Facilities at Honeywell Aerospace, bringing over 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance, employee development, and process improvement initiatives. Known as a tactical change agent, Rob has a history of developing and implementing successful procedures and policies that adhere to regulations from organizations such as OSHA, EPA, and FDA. Rob previously held positions as HSE Manager at Chemring Sensors and Electronic Systems, Corporate Safety Manager at Daifuku America, and Safety Manager/Risk Manager at Shaw Electric. Additionally, Rob served as an Ergonomics Representative at Ergomat and as a Safety Specialist at Safety Solutions, Inc. Rob is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Waldorf University.
