Ryan McManus

Ryan McManus is an experienced financial and program management professional with a strong background in proposal analysis and cost control at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included managing financial forecasting and reporting for significant government and commercial contracts. Notably, Ryan played a crucial role in implementing Earned Value Management on priority research and development contracts and led a successful internal reorganization contributing to $6 billion in additional annual sales.
