Sheldon Ho

Sheldon Ho is a Director of Engineering with extensive experience in managing technical aspects of product development, testing, and manufacturing within the communications sector. Previously, Sheldon served as an Engineering Manager at Nokia, where they led complex RF hardware projects and achieved significant cost reductions, as well as managing technical specifications and integration of third-party software. At Nokia Bell Labs, Sheldon managed sustaining engineering for wireless base stations and led teams in redesigning high-power RF amplifiers, resulting in improved manufacturing yields and reduced costs. Most recently, Sheldon directed engineering efforts for the CNS Traffic & Surveillance product line at Honeywell, driving innovation and reducing product development cycles significantly. Sheldon is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at The Ohio State University.
