Xiaobin Lu is a Technology and Innovation Leader with extensive expertise in bearings, seals, and tribology. Currently a Principal Engineer at Honeywell since 2017, Xiaobin leads the development of air bearing applications for various aircraft systems. Previously, Xiaobin worked as a Senior Technologist at Federal-Mogul and held roles as a Research Engineer at Varel International and the China Academy of Launch Vehicle, contributing significantly to product innovations and industry standards. Xiaobin is pursuing a Ph.D. in Tribology at Louisiana State University, along with an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Petroleum (Beijing).
