Adam Rothstein serves as the Co-Chair of the Real Estate Department at Honigman LLP, where they counsel owners and operators of shopping centers, self-storage, and office buildings in various real estate transactions. Since joining the firm in 1987, Adam has been involved in significant projects, including overseeing over $1 billion in securitized financing and acting as lead counsel for a proposed $1 billion mixed-use development in Oakland County, Michigan. Adam also co-chairs the Sustainability Practice Group at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP and has prepared documents for private real estate ventures and condominiums in Michigan. They are an alumnus of the University of Michigan Law School.
