Brian Brookey

Brian Brookey is an intellectual property litigator and mediator currently serving as a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Honigman LLP. They have extensive experience in handling IP litigation cases across the United States, including in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and have also worked with trademark oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Previously, Brian held partner positions at Christie, Parker & Hale, LLP and Tucker Ellis LLP, as well as serving as an attorney at Preston Gates & Ellis LLP. Brian received their J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, after graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. from Pepperdine University.
