Michael Dubay

Michael DuBay is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in private equity. Currently serving as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Private Equity Practice Group at Honigman LLP since October 2003, Michael previously worked as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from October 1997 to October 2003. Michael holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (1996), an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business (1997), and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame (1993). Michael completed secondary education at Brother Rice High School (1989).
