Rian C. Dawson

Rian C. Dawson is a Litigation Partner at Honigman LLP, where they assist in a variety of legal matters, including securities and corporate governance issues. Previously, Rian served as a Litigation Associate at the same firm and gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate, conducting legal research and drafting arguments for complex cases. Rian's early career included internships at the Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Foundation, where they compiled and summarized grant data, and served as Head Research Assistant at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, focusing on tax issues.
