An MBA from XLRI, Roy has led change management effectively adding immense value to organizations in his leadership roles across conglomerates like MRF, BOC, British American Tobacco’ associate company in India – VST Industries, Ashok Leyland, Jindal Steel & Power among others. His core specialty is in multiple HR verticals and to name a few – these are - Union Negotiations, Selection, Development Centres, Learning & Development, Restructuring, Change Management, Talent Management, Sourcing, HR Consulting, and Labour Relations. He has also obtained his OD certification from NTL in the US.
