Taresh Anand

Taresh Anand currently serves as the Global Head of International Payroll at HONO since May 2023, leading a diverse team of over 80 members in delivering payroll services to nearly 100,000 employees across more than 20 countries. Previously, Taresh held the position of Assistant General Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2021 to April 2023, and served as a Senior Payroll Manager at Ramco Systems from March 2016 to October 2022. Taresh's extensive experience includes client management, revenue target achievement, and operational excellence across multiple organizations, including Aon Hewitt, where responsibilities included leading a team of 42 and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. Taresh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has a strong track record in developing talent pipelines and optimizing operational processes.
