Jonathan Moranski

Jonathan Moranski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in caregiver performance management and training, currently serving as Care Professional Performance Manager at Honor since February 2021. In this role, Jonathan manages the performance of over 1,400 caregivers across six states, achieving a 20% improvement in attendance and a reduction in major policy violations through strategic initiatives.
